Fundraising Efforts
In addition to the work they do to protect and enhance the Matanzas Pass
Preserve, the Friends engage in a number of fund raising projects to generate
revenue to support the Preserve. These projects include:
* An "Adopt-a-Tree" program;
* Plant Sale - held in conjunction with Preserve Events
* Donations - from individuals or organisations
For a one time donation of $50, one can join the "Adopt-a-Tree" program by adopting one of several species of trees growing in the Preserve. Namely:
